Purpose:
The purpose of this course is to teach a basic methodology for selecting and implementing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Objectives:
- At the completion of this course you will have:
- Developed a set of goals and objectives.
- Developed a set of specifications.
- Developed procedures for the use of the new system.
- Developed a short & long term follow-up plan to insure success.
Description:
It involves extensive hands on work by the student. Actual application of the principals discussed will be done to a simple maintenance organization of the students choosing during the class. The course can be given as a one or two day overview if desired.
